Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative to lead our design team. This role involves producing and overseeing digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs for international clients.

About the Role

This position requires a high level of graphic design expertise, including styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, and product packaging.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery.
  • They will design original pieces, including InDesign, illustrations, and infographics or Photoshop.
  • Additionally, they will review junior designers' work to ensure high quality and refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.
Requirements and Skills

The successful candidate will have proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.

They should be experts at branding, brand positioning, and brand strategy.

They should also have excellent experience in brochure design and know how to prep files for print.

A strong aesthetic sense with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts is essential.

Attention to visual details and the ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team are also required.

The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field, plus 6+ years of experience with multinational companies or clients.

Worked in a creative environment before and have a good level of understanding of design for web, HTML understanding is a bonus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
