Job Title: Visionary Creative Strategist

Creative Art Director Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in setting the tone for brands and overseeing campaign communication from inception to completion.

Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, you will deliver creative solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

  • Interpret creative briefs, understand brand objectives, and design requirements to drive successful outcomes.
  • Apply design thinking to solve complex brand challenges and create impactful solutions.
  • Lead the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums to achieve consistency and excellence.
  • Prepare concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas, and scripts to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions that engage and resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in visual communications or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing breadth of style and design capability.
  • Passion for pop culture and advertising/marketing with a keen eye for emerging trends.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in digital design and advertising is preferred, but not required. We are open to candidates who can demonstrate relevant skills and expertise.
