Job Title:

Senior Creative Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to lead our creative team in developing innovative ideas for various brands across different industries.

This role involves leading campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting to drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for multiple brands from various industries.
  • Manage a team of junior creative resources, providing guidance and direction.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and develop a showcase for pitches.
  • Present the entire creative plan for any campaign or narrate scripts to clients.
  • Ensure creative work meets high standards and apply for relevant awards to recognize team efforts.
  • Report to the Creative Lead for overall direction, feedback, and references.
  • Coordinate with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks and provide visual direction to the graphic design team.
  • Break down briefs to junior creatives for a smooth process and work on revisions based on internal or external feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and be actively present throughout the production process.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent creative skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills. You should have experience in campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting, as well as managing a team of creative resources.
