Digital Creative Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an imaginative Digital Creative Specialist to contribute to our Visual Team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze design briefs and establish project requirements.
  • Schedule tasks and define the work pipeline for projects.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, utilizing creative flair.
  • Develop initial drafts and present innovative ideas.
  • Create high-quality illustrations, logos, and other visual elements using software or traditional methods.
  • Select suitable colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Collaborate with the creative lead and marketing team to produce the final visual content.
  • Test graphics across various media platforms.
  • Amend designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Evaluate final graphics and layouts to ensure they meet brand standards and are visually appealing.
Essential Skills
  • Design captivating graphics for design deliverables (Flyers, Posters, Slides, Presentations etc.)
  • Prepare a comprehensive design plan, concept, and layout for graphic design projects.
  • Collaborate with the creative lead and writer to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Assist in selecting design elements, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
  • Work collaboratively with other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
  • Research and analyze effective design techniques and solutions to create new visual content.
  • Contribute to designing and creating storyboards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share innovative design perspectives and ideas.
  • Maintain adherence to best practices for naming conventions and organization of graphic files.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest graphic design techniques and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with established design guidelines and standards.
