We are a leading service provider in the HVAC and fire fighting industry based out of Jaipur, Rajasthan. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to join our management team.

In this key role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our workforce, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Our organization provides services in HVAC and fire fighting domain, dealing in extensive line-ups of top-notch equipment. Our main clientele include hotels and hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, select, and onboard top talent to drive business growth and success.
  • Performance Management and Feedback: Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and efficiency.
  • Payroll and Benefits Management: Manage payroll and benefits programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize employee satisfaction.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee well-being through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Training and Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Strategy and Legal Compliance: Develop and implement HR strategies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources with expertise in recruitment, performance management, and payroll administration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
