About the Role

Grow Your Staff seeks a highly skilled and proactive individual to support our recruitment efforts as an HR Intern. This opportunity requires excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various platforms, including job boards and social media networks.
  • Supporting the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate screening to onboarding and integration into the team.
  • Guiding candidates through the interview process with clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient HR operations management and effective team collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a focus on business administration or human resources preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proactive approach to sharing updates and supporting the team, with a strong emphasis on collaborative working practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
