Human Resource and Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Human Resource and Administrative Support.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Human Resource and Administrative Professional. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and HR Operations:
    • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, ensure timely joining formalities, and manage documentation.
    • Effectively manage attendance and leave for employees.
  • Administration and Office Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of workplace facilities.
    • Handle various administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
    • Ensure efficient management of office supplies.
  • Reception and Front Desk Duties:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting visitors and clients.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication effectively.
    • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
    Requirements:
    • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
    • Freshers/interns with 0-1 year of relevant HR/Admin experience are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
    • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively is crucial.
