Windows Technical Support Position

We are seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to fill a Windows Technical Support role. As a technical support advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by resolving software issues and device connectivity problems.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Product Support and Windows Support.
  • Able to work in rotational shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills (English speaking and chatting).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts & Billing Support: Assist customers with subscription management, payment issues, refunds, and token redemption.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide post-installation technical support for Microsoft products, including Windows and M365.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software issues and device network/connectivity problems.
  • Product Guidance: Help customers with the download, installation, and activation of products and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

Prerequisites & Skills:

  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Proficient in managing accounts, payments, and billing inquiries.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for software and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
  • Certifications are a plus.
