Job Opportunity: Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Support Specialist. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to candidates in our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new candidates and introduce them to program elements
- Understand candidate expectations and provide guidance to help them succeed
- Keep candidates informed about program updates through various channels
- Analyze candidate performance and suggest interventions to improve lagging metrics
- Maintain a database of candidate interactions and growth
- Provide regular feedback and motivation to struggling candidates
- Prepare candidates for placement activities to maximize job offers
- Act as the eyes and ears of the program team to improve satisfaction levels
- Manage day-to-day queries from learners and ensure SLA's are met
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- High customer-centricity with patience and empathy
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage internal communication for student success
- Decent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
