Job Title : Technical Customer Support Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Customer Support Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer support function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and improving our overall customer experience.

About the Role:

  • Technical Customer Support Lead - TCSL (5+ Years Experience)
  • Location: Chennai
  • Work Mode: Hybrid working arrangement
  • Domain: Automotive, Mobility and Vehicle insights

About You:

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and passion for improving customer support processes and outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey technical concepts clearly and professionally
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional technical support to customers through various channels including phone email and chat
  2. Identify root causes of complex issues and structure logical data-backed recommendations for operational improvements
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in SaaS technical support customer operations or similar project-focused roles
  • Intermediate understanding of technical systems APIs and SQL
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk; reporting and project configuration experience is a plus
