Job Role: Business Development Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound telesales campaigns to engage new leads and prospects.
- Manage inquiries and respond to messages on social media platforms.
- Post and share relevant content across social media to boost engagement and generate interest.
- Qualify leads, maintain accurate records of interactions, and update the customer relationship management system.
- Nurture warm leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies for lead generation.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Knowledge of using social media for business purposes (posting, responding, and engaging with leads).
- Understanding of lead generation techniques and sales funnels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
