Client Onboarding Manager

Description:

As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will oversee the entire onboarding process for diverse client account types across our wealth management business. You will ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, custodians, and external partners to deliver a superior client onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding Management: End-to-end onboarding of clients ensuring coordination between teams and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and manage onboarding specialists, build capability within the team through training and mentoring.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations and ensure consistent implementation across all client onboarding processes.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Collaborate with technology teams to drive automation and enhancements for onboarding, identify best practices to reduce turnaround times.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with teams to ensure alignment and smooth onboarding execution.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Capital Markets.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and client lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering against service standards.
