Community Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, monitoring, and implementing community development programs at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including mines managers, HR, business heads, QA, geology, finance, production/mining, logistics, and others.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, such as stakeholders, government officials, and local communities.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduation in social work/social sciences/rural management.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in CSR or a related field.
