About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Community and Events Manager to build and nurture our online community and social media presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage with professionals and identify future leaders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive online community and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

  • Plan, organize, promote, and execute a series of engaging online events (e.g., webinars, workshops, virtual conferences).
  • Manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify our message and drive community participation.
  • Analyze market trends and community insights to identify new market opportunities and develop effective Go-To-Market strategies.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, as well as experience in influencer marketing campaigns and event planning.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for event planning.
