Role Overview

This dynamic role involves building and nurturing a thriving long-term community and social media presence. Responsibilities include creating and managing online events, implementing effective Social Media Management, driving Influencer Marketing initiatives, and coordinating speakers for both online and offline events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to build, grow, and engage a vibrant online and offline community.
  • Curate and create engaging content relevant to the community and actively moderate discussions to ensure a positive environment.
  • Plan, organize, promote, and execute online events such as webinars, workshops, and virtual conferences, managing all aspects from concept to post-event analysis.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support community growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify our message and drive community participation.
  • Liaise with speakers for online and offline events, managing schedules, content requirements, and logistics.
  • Collect and analyze community feedback, providing insights to internal teams for product/service improvement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, and online event management. Demonstrable success in building and engaging online communities, strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
