Lead Growth Efforts

We are building AI to enhance traders' decision-making capabilities through natural conversation. To achieve this, we need a strategic leader to drive user acquisition and community growth.

The Role
  • Establish presence in trading communities: Become an influential member of key platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram
  • Promote user adoption: Identify and convert potential users through personalized outreach and product demonstrations
  • Develop strategic partnerships: Build relationships with trading institutions, broker offices, and educational platforms
  • Personalize onboarding: Ensure new users understand and actively use the product
  • Grow communities: Create and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing and engagement
  • Raise the bar with growth experiments: Test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale successful initiatives
  • Own key metrics: Take full responsibility for user acquisition and activation targets
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem
  • Proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results
  • Experience building or managing large-scale communities (1000+ members)
  • Comfort with digital and in-person interactions
  • Able to deliver effective product demonstrations
  • Analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics

Preferred: Experience at a trading platform, existing network within trading communities, personal trading or investment experience, content creation skills, early-stage startup expertise
