As a successful Distribution Sales Relationship Builder, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Prospect leads, contact them, and develop business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales reporting and work towards achieving sales targets.
  • Seek new opportunities through networking and gather competitive information.
  • Assimilate market intelligence for further analysis.
  • Co-own AUM and revenue targets with your organization.
  • Provide MIS reporting to management and maintain market awareness.
  • Deepen existing client relationships and increase market reach in assigned territories.
  • Maintain adherence to company norms, values, integrity, and prompt customer service.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in the Mutual Fund Industry.

Qualification: Graduate/MBA and NISM certification.

Excellent communication skills are essential.
