About this role

We are seeking a seasoned Public Relations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive our PR strategy and build strong relationships with clients, media, and stakeholders.

  • Key responsibilities will include:

Client & Media Relations

  • Liaise daily with clients and the media via telephone and email to build strong relationships and networks
  • Manage the PR aspect of a crisis to ensure effective communication and reputation management
  • Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and PR campaign progress

Media Monitoring & Coverage

  • Monitor media coverage, including traditional and digital channels, to identify opportunities and track trends
  • Collate, analyse, and evaluate media coverage to inform future strategies

Publicity & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement publicity strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Prepare briefs, scripts, campaign taglines, and responses for interviews to support successful outcomes
  • Write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media outlets

Event Management

  • Organize and manage press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits to create engaging experiences for clients and stakeholders

Brand Development

  • Develop and foster relationships with brands and third parties to drive business growth and partnerships

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to inform business decisions and recommend communication strategies

Influencer & Thought Leadership Engagement

  • Build relationships with industry leaders to grow awareness and thought leadership
