Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design across digital and print media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling content.
Main Responsibilities:- Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging branding and promotional assets.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with design trends, software, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Visual Communications Specialist.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
