The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth and achieve sales targets on a consistent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Growth & Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization's market presence and reputation.
- Driving Top Line: Consistently follow up with customers to identify potential risks and challenges, ensuring timely resolution.
- Cascading Strategy: Communicate the company's strategy and key focus areas to stakeholders, promoting alignment and cooperation.
- Renewal Ratio: Maintain a high renewal ratio by engaging with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Key Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with large Independent Marketing Directors in the region, sharing business insights and growth plans to expand their network.
- Sales Planning: Collaborate with the team to devise month-wise strategies and weekly breakdowns, identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions.
- Market Study & Intelligence Gathering: Conduct thorough market research to acquire new business opportunities by establishing and positioning the brand, growing its market share, and promoting online policy issuance through training and support.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and high credibility in the local market.
- Digitization: Promote online policy issuance by providing training to Independent Marketing Directors and encouraging them to adopt this process.
