Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Business Manager to drive sales growth and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market data to create actionable area plans based on market research and performance insights.
- Execute policies, strategies, and business plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, institutions, and pharmacies.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation using basic computer applications.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a First Line Manager in a similar therapy area within the healthcare industry.
- A Postgraduate or Graduate degree in Science or any other discipline with a strong academic and performance track record.
- Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Email).
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- The ability to drive performance culture and coach teams effectively.
