Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to develop and execute paid digital marketing strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to meet KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and generate detailed campaign performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams for creative assets and landing page improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and reporting dashboards.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad-tech platforms.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience in e-commerce, B2B lead generation, or mobile app campaigns.
