Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic Ads).
  • Develop and own advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.
  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization.

About the Role:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles.
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging channels.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL.
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders.
