As a Technical Lead, you will oversee end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow automation.

  • You will maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Review vendor deliverables, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Facilitate joint solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews.
  • Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
  • Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.

With 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience, you will have proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will also have a strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive innovation through technology solutions.
