Job Title: Banking Alliance Manager

Job Purpose:

The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions, banks, and NBFCs.

  • Identify and assess potential partners by researching their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives.
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships and determine alignment with our business goals.
  • Negotiate agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals.
  • Drive growth and new initiatives by collaborating with partners to identify joint opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform partnership decisions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated history of generating growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
  • A strong network in the banking and NBFC space.
  • Excellent communication skills, including technical conversation with banks.
