Product Manager - Innovation

We seek a seasoned professional to lead and contribute to product lifecycle processes for our technology-driven solutions.

This role involves technical discussions with engineering teams and thorough management of technical/business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in API Integration, SQL data mapping, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical discussions with engineering teams and manage technical/business requirements effectively.
  • Determine product delivery and deployment dates for new releases, feature updates, and maintenance releases.
  • Mentor and drive a team of product managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization.
  • Align the technology and architectural roadmap with the product/business roadmap.
  • Act as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration and custom development.
Requirements:
  • At least 9 years of experience in product management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as technology or business.
  • Strong background in working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis, and other relevant technologies.
  • Coaching and mentoring a team of product managers or product owners.
  • An SME who performs work with a high degree of latitude and handles complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Life & Annuity Industry is preferred but not mandatory.

A strong communicator and passionate individual with flexibility in the domain (Life Insurance) but nice to have it. However, must be from an Enterprise/B2B Product background.
