Job Title: Innovation Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development of novel products and processes in the realm of fluoro-specialty molecules.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and commercialize innovative technologies.
  • Conduct thorough literature surveys to identify cutting-edge methodologies for large-scale production.
  • Develop standardized processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Pursue new product opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and project progress.
About the Role:
  • Direct a team of scientists and engineers to drive innovation and improvement initiatives.
  • Foster expertise in synthetic methods, analytical techniques, and relevant products.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data from various scientific tools (UV, IR, NMR, GC, GCMS, HPLC, LCMS, MS).
  • Maintain deep understanding of regulatory guidelines (GLP, GMP, IMS) and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on literature, patents, and customer requirements.
  • Proficient in enterprise software systems like SAP IMS.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process development and commercialization.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
