About the company:

We're a tech startup building innovative baby products.

Our first product is a smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age.

This intelligent crib comes with an integrated baby monitor that senses early signs of wake-up, learns from the baby's sleep patterns and starts rocking along with music to soothe the baby back to sleep – just like a mom.

We're passionate about sensing, learning, and impacting outcomes for both babies and parents.

Position Summary:

  • We need someone to build strong customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate should listen, empathize, and help customers achieve their goals.
  • Responsibilities include managing incoming chats and emails, handling follow-up chats and emails, addressing and resolving customer issues related to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction.
  • The person should have a comprehensive knowledge of our business model to answer customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate the value of our products to customers daily by providing excellent customer support.

You'll Be Improving & Responsible To–

  • Resolving and recording any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction.
  • Provide top-notch customer support every day by showcasing the value of our products.

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You've Played

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Multitasking skills are essential.
  • Excellent English communication skills, especially written, are necessary.
  • A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly demeanor is expected.
  • The ability to solve problems quickly on your feet is vital.
  • The capacity to remain calm, cool, and collected during stressful customer interactions is crucial.
  • Flexibility is key as we're growing and evolving rapidly.
  • An eye for detail is also important.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience is required.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
