Job Summary:

This role requires strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette to interact with clients, manage inquiries, and provide information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate client databases and ensure timely updates of client information.
  • Handle multiple phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and support to the sales team.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing time efficiently and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. A basic knowledge of architecture and interior design is advantageous but not required.

Requirements:
  • Strong verbal communication and excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple phone calls and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in customer service and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficient in using CRM software to update client information
  • Basic knowledge of architecture and interior design (optional)
