Customer Relations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by providing proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless operations, resolving service-related concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide support for account setup, documentation, and order processing, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage escalations, prioritizing customer satisfaction and communicating proactively.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, offering guidance on services and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (desired).
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Problem-solving ability, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
