Job Role:

This role requires an individual who can effectively partner with business leaders to create and execute organizational strategies focused on people-related solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop comprehensive people plans that drive lasting change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives in talent acquisition, career development, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and inform decisions on succession planning and career growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's talent pool and ensure succession planning for critical roles.

  • Strong background in HR with experience in talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Able to work in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
