Position Summary

As a Client Success Expert, you will serve as a liaison between Life Lab and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing proposals, market research, and reporting project progress to clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and project progress reports.
  • Possess strong product and service knowledge and present it to the client.
  • Ensure client satisfaction at all times and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Manage pre-sales and post-sales client communications, including following up, coordinating, and keeping the client/prospect informed.
  • Perform research to identify potential clients and create a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Be the first point of contact for all client communication.
  • Create marketing collaterals for social media, donor events, and internal requirements.
  • Ensure repeated business from existing clients.
  • Conduct, coordinate, and lead all client meetings.
  • Need-based travel for client meetings at project locations.
  • Excellent speaking and content writing skills.
Skills & Competencies
  • Experience in preparing presentations, reports, plans, and other communications for diverse audiences.
  • Be comfortable approaching new clients using innovative methods, such as trade shows, conferences, cold calls, and emails.
  • Strong secondary research skills using platforms like LinkedIn.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual with a go-getter attitude and a go-to personality. Someone who can drive projects and keep the momentum while being understanding and approachable to both internal teams and clients.

Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum qualification: Graduation. Preferably MBA, MSW.
  • Strong interest in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Client-facing domains.
  • Candidates with relevant experience and interests will be given preference.
