We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Relationship Manager-Sales Trainee. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and achieving business targets in areas such as productivity, new premium, and persistency.

- Responsible for scanning the market for emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
- To devise and implement effective sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
- Manage key relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to drive business growth and expand our client base.
- Oversee overall business operations for assigned areas, including business development, sales, relationship management, operational support, and training.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned business verticals.
- Drive business growth through credit life and group initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Analyze and report business results to senior management on a regular basis.
- Maintain high channel satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
