Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to join our team. As a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.

Your primary focus will be on providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on the use of ServiceNow OTM.

You will work closely with architects and project managers to ensure technically feasible solutions and represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5 + years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of ServiceNow configuration, CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connector (SGC), networking concepts, DMZ zone, public/private/hybrid cloud environment, industrial control systems, OT networks, and Purdue Model architecture.
  • Skill: Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, Power/Shell scripting, database-level architecture, and SQL queries.
  • Able to: Configure and enhance ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform, develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration, document development and configuration details, prepare training material for projects, implement CSDM framework, and train stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
