Senior Client Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Growth Specialist to maintain strong relationships with our key clients. This role involves growing revenue by ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and attending meetings, conventions, and training workshops.
The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data and sales statistics to improve business and marketing strategies. They should also be able to manage multiple client accounts without compromising service quality.
About the Role
This position requires a deep understanding of client needs and requirements, as well as the ability to develop customized solutions. The Senior Client Growth Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and negotiate contracts to meet established deadlines.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and sustaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Addressing and resolving client complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Supervising account teams assigned to each client.
- Communicating and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Negotiating contracts with clients and meeting established deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
- Min. 5 years of proven experience in client growth management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
