The Senior Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Business Development Strategy

">

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth for ROI Magnet, with a focus on market expansion and client acquisition.

">

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

">

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with both new and existing clients; nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

">

Pitching and Presentations

">

Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients.

">

Market Research and Analysis

">

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Use insights to guide business strategy and identify growth opportunities.

">

Project Handover

">

Ensure smooth project handovers to the operations team by clearly defining client expectations and deliverables.

">

Lead Generation & Outreach

">

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities using diverse techniques, including LinkedIn lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.

Performance Monitoring

">

Build and maintain a robust database of potential clients for future opportunities. Measure the success of outreach campaigns and refine strategies for higher conversions.
