Job Description

Contract Administrators play a vital role in ensuring seamless contract execution and management. They work closely with various stakeholders, including sales teams, to create, validate, and process contract documentation using Oracle's standard templates.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and adherence to Oracle strategy, commitments, and goals. Contract Administrators are responsible for setting the overall direction for their assigned managed deals and overseeing their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Specialist: Create, validate, and process contract documentation according to Oracle's policies and business approvals.
  • Deal Manager: Lead and manage the contracting process end-to-end for strategic, complex transactions meeting regional criteria requiring Deal Manager involvement.

Responsibilities (continued):

  • Collaborate with Sales teams to respond to contract requests.
  • Ensure timely execution of contracts while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Set priorities for managed deals and oversee their successful completion.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a strong communicator who can articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience drafting standard contractual documents & stakeholder management; well-versed in contract management principles and best practices.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and time-management skills; able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Email, MS Word, and Excel; skilled in Microsoft Office applications and able to utilize them efficiently.
  • Able to work effectively under time-critical deadlines; experienced in managing pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates resilience in times of change and uncertainty; adaptable and able to navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent customer service skills; dedicated to providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Oracle policies and procedures desired; preferably familiar with Oracle systems and processes.
