Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and the ability to configure and manage the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain contract types, templates, and clause libraries
  • Modify and manage configuration keys, business rules, and workflow logic
  • Set up and maintain security groups, user groups, and role-based access controls
  • Manage and update master data including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs
  • Support P2P integrations and ensure seamless data flow between Icertis and ERP systems
  • Create and manage associations between contracts, documents, and related entities
  • Execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
