Job Description

Negotiate commercial contracts with precision and integrity, streamlining the legal review process to increase efficiency and protect business interests. As a critical member of the legal team, you will play a pivotal role in drafting and negotiating agreements that meet internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate terms and conditions for various agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, and statements of work.
  • Solve contract-related problems and develop creative solutions to address complex issues.
  • Obtain approval for non-standard terms and educate internal teams on contract terms and obligations.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of legal administrative processes and documents.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive process improvements and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Requirements

A successful candidate should possess:

  • University-level degree or equivalent, with 4-6 years' experience negotiating legal terms & conditions.
  • Training or education in law, negotiation, or legal writing.
  • Familiarity with media organizations desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Remote or hybrid work arrangement desired.
