Financial Operations Manager

The role of a Financial Operations Manager is to oversee and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis functions of an organization. This involves ensuring that all financial operations are conducted in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily financial operations, including cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with various departments to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
  • Developing and implementing financial models and forecasting tools to inform business decisions.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Experience with financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments and support decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CA Inter/CPA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management or a related role.
