IT Infrastructure Management Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our company's network, server, and data security systems.

This key role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure management principles, including network architecture, server virtualization, and data backup and recovery processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems, identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner, and providing expert advice to stakeholders on IT-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and mail servers.
  • Server Virtualization: Implement and manage Hyper-V and VMware technologies to ensure efficient resource utilization and optimal performance.
  • Data Security: Develop and implement robust data backup and recovery processes to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all IT infrastructure is compliant with relevant regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hands-on Experience: Strong experience in IT infrastructure management, network architecture, and server virtualization.
  • Networking Expertise: Expertise in firewall, router, switch, and mail server management.
  • Server Virtualization: Proficiency in Hyper-V and VMware technologies.
  • Data Protection: Knowledge of data backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.
  • Security Standards: Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
