Customer Support Professional

This role involves providing top-notch support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any technical issues that may arise. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while working closely with the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Addressing Customer Queries: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries across various platforms, including email, social media, and messaging services.
  • Monitoring Shipments: Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products by regularly checking shipment status.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of packaging materials and replenish stock as needed to avoid any delays or shortages.
  • Returns and Refunds: Process returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently while managing marketplace order dispatches and reimbursements.
  • Warehouse Operations: Collaborate with the team to optimize warehouse operations, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  • E-commerce Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce operations is highly valued but not mandatory.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential for this role.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are crucial for managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
