Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support
    • Provide empathetic and efficient support to students and parents, addressing concerns and refund requests with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Evaluation Management
    • Effectively manage escalations across various channels, including chat, call, and email, to maintain a positive experience for both parents and students.
  • Mentorship and Guidance
    • Guide students on the effective use of our platform, helping them maximize learning outcomes and achieve their goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and within stipulated timelines.
  • Ad-Hoc Requirements
    • Take ownership of all customer-facing ad-hoc requirements from internal teams, ensuring swift and effective execution.
    Requirements:
    • Experience
      • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer experience or support roles.
    • Skills
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Empathetic and solution-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to manage multiple channels (chat, email, calls) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
