STEM Education Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced STEM education expert to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance the quality of STEM education in India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, physics, or chemistry, as well as experience in capacity-building programs in teacher education. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, team members, and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality workshops and courses for teachers in STEM subjects, preparing capacity-building program plans, and coordinating with other subject teams for planning and executing the STEM programs. You will also be required to analyze feedback from training programs and incorporate it into subsequent trainings, provide direction for the STEM program in alignment with current educational policies and guidelines, and develop detailed program frameworks, teaching plans, and workshop modules for effective implementation.

Requirements:

  • M.Sc. (Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry), B.Ed or an equivalent degree.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with teachers, team members, and other stakeholders.
