Program Management Role

The role involves planning, executing, and managing strategic school engagement programs in collaboration with our partner schools. This requires coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations and execution on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning and Execution:
    • Plan and execute events & activities in schools onboarded with PhysicsWallah.
    • Student Engagement Activities Design:
      • Design student engagement activities in collaboration with schools.
      • Project Coordination:
        • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
        • Operations and Logistics:
          • Ensure smooth event operations and execution on the ground.
          • Reporting and Communication:
            • Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for school programs.
            • Performance Monitoring:
              • Monitor program impact and provide feedback for improvements.
              Required Skills and Competencies:
              • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
                • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
                • Presentation Design Skills:
                  • Strong presentation design skills.
                  • Event Planning Experience:
                    • Hands-on experience in event planning and operations management.
