
US IT Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to spearhead our US IT Contingent Staffing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US IT landscape, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
- The successful candidate will identify and target mid-sized to large enterprises in the US, generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- They will build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives.
- A key responsibility will be to understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT contingent resources.
- Negotiating and closing contracts will be a critical aspect of this role, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
- The individual will be responsible for maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and reporting weekly/monthly progress to leadership.
- Collaboration with the delivery/recruiting team will be essential to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
- Staying up-to-date on market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies will be crucial for success in this role.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- A strong existing network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US.
- A deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
