About this Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Alliance Manager. This key role will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with partners, driving joint business growth, and delivering exceptional results.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives.
- Engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities to expand our clients' reach and impact.
- Analyze program performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and optimize GTM tactics.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-6 years in alliance management, channel sales, or a related field within B2B technology or SaaS.
- Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, with ability to plan strategically, manage projects, and make data-driven decisions.
- Mindset: Outcome-oriented and go-getter mindset, with a focus on problem-solving and taking ownership of work outcomes.
