Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Executive at Chemmanur International Holidays and Resorts, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships. Your focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including corporate clients and travel agents.
- Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize room rates and inventory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing new feeder markets and acquiring new business accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotion plans.
- Participate in sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the hotel's brand and services.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality or business.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales and financial data to inform business decisions.
