About the Job:

We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Accor Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning room reservations, ensuring that our guests have a seamless experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate room reservations to meet guest demands.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Guest-focused personality with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience working with hotel management systems or similar software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
