
Sales Technology Specialist

We are a leader in the collections industry, leveraging AI-driven technology to efficiently recover past-due balances for lenders and agencies. Our team is growing rapidly, and we need an experienced Customer Relationship Management Professional to oversee our sales and customer success technology stack.
This role requires someone who is passionate about CRM administration and enjoys creating order out of chaos. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM management, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, customize, and optimize our CRM to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop processes that streamline workflows, automate tasks, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Train users, enforce best practices, and serve as the go-to expert for CRM-related questions.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention metrics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience, preferably with HubSpot.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data and details.
- Ability to manage integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and coach team members.
